Our company is using aluminum plate-fin heat in exchanger structure as a refrigerated air dryer condensate purifier. It has the following advantages:
1. Anti-corrosion, no secondary air pollution, drainage system is also very clean.
2. Compact structure, small size, beautiful appearance.
3. The heat transfer area, high efficiency, small temperature difference.
4. There is no phenomenon of blow, all fully air heat exchange, low dew point air outlet, up 2 ~ 3 ºC.
5. the general body shell and tube Monocular bear only 40% of the pre-cooling heat load, evaporator to bear 60% of the heat load, import and export air temperature difference of more than 15 ºC, high energy consumption, high energy consumption products. Using plate-fin condensate purifier pre-coolers bear more than 55% of the heat load, evaporator bear only 45% or less of the heat load, energy-saving effect, saving more than 15%.

Screw air compressor filters
With full range of replacement/retrofit filters for screw air compressor (over 10, 000 part No. ), our filter element (air filter, oil filter, air oil separators) are installed on many brand screw air compressors, most including Ingersoll-Rand, Atlas Copco, Sullair, Compair, Kaeser, Gardner Denver, BOGE, Hitachi, Kobelco, Mitsui-Seiki and Fusheng etc.
Post-treatment equipment for air compressor
Our basic product includes pipeline filtration, oil remover, desiccant compressed air dryer, refrigerated compressed air dryer, PSA nitrogen generator and self-clean air filter. All these products are made to help decreasing the damages of industrial equipment. As the compressed air contains water vapor and dust, it′s a big threaten to keep machine running. Without effective control of these air during the regularly working, plug valves worn, pipeline corrupted, equipment damaged by air leakage, sometimes even caused production stagnation. Broatek is aiming at solving these problems and help our client to saving cost on maintenance.
